1. What is the Three Cents’ Product and Service?

The Product and related Service provides tools and functionality for enabling you to post polls and surveys regarding any number of topics: whether it be what movie to watch, what restaurant to take a first date, who is the best hockey player, or any number of things. These tools are intended for fun and learning and social interaction with friends and acquaintances. Any use of the polls or surveys to defame, harm, illegally solicit or perform other illegal or unethical activity will result in the suspension or deletion of your account in accordance with the Terms.
